Diversified Maintenance Systems (DMS) is an 8(a) Graduate & Women-Owned - General Contractor based in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

Founded in 1996 by Pam Beck alongside her husband Kevin, they created the framework of this innovative company that has grown to offer a diverse scope of services to federal, state, private and commercial clients throughout the United States. 

Building on its core philosophy of 'Passion for Excellence, Quality from Experience', DMS has successfully performed construction and maintenance projects that range in size from a few thousand dollars to several million. Our unwavering tradition of high standards has resulted in the award and positive performance of multiple IDIQ contracts.

DMS has performed under virtually every type of contract vehicle in significant use today.  We have done design-build projects of many types and widely ranging sizes and technical complexities.  We have obtained and performed single project contracts on both the invitation for bids and request for proposal models.  We have also obtained multiple-project contracts on both those models.  We have performed numerous Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type projects covering a variety of subject matters with wildly divergent scopes.

DMS has performed "firsts" in the field of construction, including designing and constructing the first-ever LEED Platinum housing for the US Army.  'Out-of-the-box' thinking, combined with quality-oriented, problem-solving outlook have allowed DMS to continuously provide competitive pricing and superior results for all of our clients.
